The ZipSpeed-L noise-reduction trolley is equipped with special nylon wheels to reduce noise levels by up to 7 dB.

The new range of ZipSpeed noise-reducing trolleys are fitted with nylon wheels. Nylon wheels are often used in factory environments because they offer an optimal balance of high reliability and durability, combined with their ability to bring machine noise down to an acceptable level.
The nylon wheels have shown up to 7 dB noise reduction in tests across a range of cable types. Noise-reducing wheels are available on 13 mm and 16 mm ZipSpeed models.
ZipSpeed noise-reducing trolleys are suitable for use on industry-standard Zipline cables; however, for maximum performance and durability, we recommend using smooth “Interlocked” cable.
