The Turbohand ascender uses innovative technology and advanced design to make rope climbing safer, faster, and easier. It features a special roller that not only aids in climbing by making upward gliding much smoother, but also reduces dangerous wear on the device where the rope tends to rub over the body of a traditional ascender.
The ergonomic rubber handle extends into the upper part of the spine for a double hand grip. The handle and rope are aligned on the same plane for the best handling and efficiency.
The roller also allows the Turbohand to be rigged as a locking pulley for light hauling with a maximum load of 50 kg,
