Returns
Altura Gear delivers exclusively business customers. Returns are therefore only possible after consultation with our customer service. Items are exclusively eligible for for when they are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging when returned.

Products that are specially ordered or custom made cannot, principle be returned when After.

Register the items you want to return within 14 days after receiving your order.
2. Pack
Pack your items. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.
3. Ship
Bring your package to a post office within 3 business days after registration.
4. Refund
Once we have received your return, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Delivery Time If your order is in stock and ordered before 12:00 PM on a business day, the order will be handed over to the carrier the same day. We ship our packages with UPS. Usually, when you order on a business day, your package will be delivered the next day (within the Netherlands). However, we cannot guarantee this 100%! Therefore, keep an eye on the tracking information and order well in advance when possible. We process packages on business days; when you place an order on the weekend, it will be processed on Monday.
If your order is not in stock, we indicate this on the website with a standard expected delivery time of 10 to 14 days. This is an indication where we assume that the relevant product is immediately available from our supplier. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. You will therefore always be informed afterwards by email or phone when a product is not immediately in stock with us. We then provide the expected delivery time based on the information we have available from the supplier at that time.
UPS does not deliver to some business addresses on Saturday, but on the next business day. This usually concerns companies/organizations that are closed on weekends.
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium
AlturaGear charges NO shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium for orders from €75 excl. VAT! For orders up to €75, we charge a contribution of €5.95
Delivery outside the Netherlands/Belgium
It is possible to ship orders to addresses worldwide. Contact us to discuss the options and rates
