Terms and Conditions - Return Policy
- Returns by arrangement only – Products can only be returned after prior written approval by Altura Gear.
- Condition of products – Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Exclusions – Specially ordered or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
- Shipping costs – Costs for return shipments are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Handling – After receipt and inspection of the goods, you will receive a credit note or a replacement product, in accordance with the agreements made.
